90 Qualified Leads In The Next 90 Days. Or You Do Not Pay.

For AV companies doing more than 3 quotes a week. AV Leads AI runs AI ads, qualifies every enquiry, and books it on your calendar. Then our AV trained setters call to warm them up before you take the meeting. We agree the exact lead target and the guarantee with you on the call, based on your market and your budget. Hit the target or you do not pay.

See if your company qualifies

AV Leads AI works best for AV companies doing more than 3 quotes a week. Leave your details and answer two quick questions to see whether yours is a fit, and what a realistic lead target looks like for your market.

Customers Do The Data Entry

A self-serve Request a Quote flow: the customer enters billing, shipping, phone and email, picks a product from your catalog or describes a custom LED wall, and it lands in your dashboard pre-filled and flagged as an inbound request. You adjust the price, apply a discount if you want, and approve.

AI Tools Qualify The Buyer First

The LED Wall Selector, the Visualizer and the LED Architect calculator ask the indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, aspect ratio and budget questions for you, then feed a pre-qualified quote request into the same system.

Engineering Drawings In Under A Second

A parametric power and network drawing generator produces the to-scale wiring drawing your CAD contractor charges roughly $50 an hour and up to 10 hours for, attached to the quote instantly, with circuits grouped to respect the 1,920 watt limit.

Where the work comes from

The pipeline problem nobody quotes you a fix for

Every other conversation about your business starts after a buyer contacts you. This one is about getting the buyer in the first place.

01

The work comes from referrals, a handful of repeat accounts, and whoever happens to find the site. None of that is something you control. When it slows down, there is nothing to do about it except wait for the phone to ring.

02

You are not short on capability. You can spec, supply and install the wall. You are short on opportunities to quote. Those are two completely different problems and only one of them is fixed by working harder.

03

The enquiries that do come in are a mix. Some are real projects with a room, a budget and a date. Some are distributors and tyre kickers collecting numbers. You find out which is which after you have already spent the time.

What We Do

How AV Leads AI fills your calendar

Lead generation for AV companies that install LED video walls. We handle getting the buyer to the calendar. You handle the wall.

Campaigns built for AV, not for everyone

The creative speaks the language your buyer uses: cabinets, pixel pitch, indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, 16:9 or 21:9. Someone shopping for a commercial LED wall recognises it as written for them. Someone who is not, keeps scrolling.

Qualification before the calendar

Enquiries answer the questions you would have asked anyway. Use case, indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, budget range and timeline. That is the same intake you do over email today, done before you are involved.

Follow up that does not depend on you

Most enquiries do not reply the first time. The follow up runs on its own, keeps working the ones that went quiet, and books the time. It does not sit in your inbox waiting for a gap in your day.

Booked calls on your calendar

The output is a time slot with a buyer who has a project. You open your calendar and the conversation is already scheduled, with their answers attached so you are not starting from what are you trying to do.

AV trained setters warm them up

As soon as a booking lands, one of our appointment setters calls to confirm the time and talk through the project. They know AV, so the buyer is not being screened by someone reading a script. They arrive at your call warm and expecting you.

Nothing about how you quote has to change

This is the entry offer and it works on its own. Keep your spreadsheet, your PDF template, your process, all of it. We are only changing how many real conversations reach you.

You see what is working

You get told which campaigns are producing the conversations and which are not, and what we are changing because of it. No monthly report you have to decode to find out whether it is working.

Questions AV owners ask about the lead generation

If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

What does AV Leads AI actually do?
It is the whole path from ad to booked call. AV Leads AI runs AI ads aimed at AV buyers, and the ad sends them to a lead generation page we build and run for your campaign. They enter their name, email and phone, then answer the qualifying questions about the project: use case, indoor or outdoor, viewing distance, budget and timeline. If they fit, the calendar opens and they book a time with you. As soon as that booking lands, one of our AV trained appointment setters calls them to confirm and warm them up. Then you take the call.
How many leads will I get, and what will they cost?
We are not going to give you a number on a web page. Anyone who does is guessing. Volume and cost depend on your market, what you sell, your price point and how much you are willing to spend to find out. On the call we look at your numbers and tell you what we think is realistic, and if we do not think it is, we say that instead.
Where do the leads come from? Is this a purchased list?
No. It is paid advertising plus follow up. Every person on your calendar saw an ad about LED video walls, raised their hand, answered the qualifying questions and picked a time. Nobody is being cold called off a list they never opted into.
What counts as qualified?
Qualified here means two things. First, they told us what the project is before they reached you: use case, indoor or outdoor, rough viewing distance, budget range and timeline. Second, one of our AV trained setters has spoken to them on the phone and confirmed it is real. It does not mean they are ready to sign. It means you are not spending the first ten minutes of the call working out whether there is a wall at all.
Do I have to buy the quoting system too?
No. Lead generation is the entry offer and it stands on its own. This is the piece most companies start with. The quoting system is a separate step you take later, if and when quoting by hand becomes the thing slowing you down.
Do I need to change my website?
No, and we do not touch it. We build and run a separate lead generation site for your campaign, so the ads point somewhere built to convert an AV buyer rather than at a page that has to do everything else your site does. Your own site stays exactly as it is. Enquiries land in your inbox and on your calendar the same way either route.
Who handles the calls?
You take the sales call, because quoting an LED wall is your expertise and we are not going to pretend it is ours. But we do not just drop a booking in your calendar and walk away. As soon as someone books, our appointment setters call them to confirm the time and talk through what they are planning. Those setters are trained on AV, so they know what pixel pitch and viewing distance mean and the buyer does not feel like they are being screened by a call centre. By the time the meeting starts the person is warm, expecting you, and their answers are already in front of you.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product range and rough price points, the kind of projects you want more of, the ones you would rather not do, and the geography you can actually serve. That is the input. We build the campaigns and the follow up from there.
Do you work with companies that compete with each other?
We work with a lot of AV companies, and that is deliberate. Running ads across many of them is how we learn what the market actually responds to: which use cases buyers are spending on, which offers get a reply, what an LED wall enquiry is worth in different regions. A company working on its own campaign never sees that. We do, and every client gets the benefit of what we have learned everywhere else. What we have found is that the market does not get split evenly. The companies that move first and are willing to try something new end up taking the share. The ones that wait to see what works for everyone else are bidding on the same enquiries later, against someone who already has the relationship. So the real question is not who else we work with. It is whether you are the one moving first in your market. Leave your details and answer two quick questions at the top of this page and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit before anyone spends time on a call.
What happens when the calls start landing?
Usually the same thing happens to everyone. More real conversations means more quotes to build, and building quotes by hand becomes the slowest part of the week. That is the point where the quoting system is worth talking about. It is a separate decision and it comes later, and we can cover it on the call.
